Hello! My friend and I are in the midst of compiling a rec list of the best Torchwood, sorted by genre. Any recommendations?

Here are the genres I've got:
1) Complete AUs (non-canon stories, like Come Fly With Me or Triple Latté)
2) Canon AUs (different back stories, as in Hitting the Ground Running, or changes to canon, like Counting Stars)
